The plaintiff, Granite State Minerals, Inc. (Granite State) appeals the Superior Court’s (McHugh, J.) denial of its motion for summary judgment and subsequent dismissal of its appeal of a decision of the Portsmouth Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA), which denied the plaintiff’s request for variances to add three stories to its existing structure.
