JOHNSON, District Judge.
The Crystal Oil Company (an Oklahoma corporation) in 1916 was the owner of oil leases upon several hundred acres of land situated in what is known as the Healdton oil field in the state of Oklahoma. It sublet to the Dundee Petroleum Company (a Delaware corporation) about 800 acres of its holdings. This sublease was a working contract for development purposes, in which the Dundee Company had a one-third interest and the officers of the Crystal Company a one-third interest; the Crystal Company retaining a one-third interest.
