Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens *491County (Demakos, J.), rendered July 15, 1999, as amended December 2, 1999, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts), attempted robbery in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment, as amended, is affirmed.
