Pursuant to his pleas of guilty, appellee was convicted by military judge sitting as a special court-martial of three offenses in violation of Article 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 886. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 75 days, forfeiture of $150 pay per month for 3 months, and reduction to pay grade E-1.
