This action Avas begun'on February 9, 1937, by the'appellant to foreclose mortgages given to secure a promissory note of $350 dated July 27,1936, and all other indebtedness.
On May 26, 1931, the appellees were indebted to appellant and executed a promissory note for the sum of $2,500. Some payments were made on the note and on April 11,1932, appellee, E. H. Kroh, filed petition in bankruptcy and listed this claim. On June 27, 1932, he was discharged of all debts listed in the bankruptcy court, including appellant’s note of $1,750, the $2,500 note having been reduced to that amount. On July…
