• In this case certiorari was granted to review a judgment of the Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, 48 F. (2d) 537, reversing a decree of the District Coúrt for Northern Mississippi, which-quashed citation issued on respondent’s petition to punish Lamb for contempt, and which dismissed the petition.
