delivered the opinion of the court.

•In this case a hill in equity was filed in the Circuit Court of Will county by George W. Alderman as executor of the last will and testament of Augustus S. Alderman, deceased, and in his .own right, for a construction of the last will and testament of said deceased. The beneficiaries of the will, Eleanor Dystrup, Mary Grace Phelps, Ellen Alderman and Augustus S. Alderman, were made parties defendant in the bill. The question raised by the bill in the construction of the will was whether the legacies provided therein for Eleanor…
