OPINION OF THE COURT DENYING PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION

MYERS, Senior Judge:

This case is again before us, this time by way of a Petition for Reconsideration filed *1058by the Government for reconsideration of our Opinion of the Court on Remand, United States v. Bradford, 29 M.J. 829 (A.C.M.R.1989).1
