MAZE, JUDGE:
Prentice Walker, an employee of Kentucky Educational Television (KET), appeals from two orders of the Fayette Circuit Court which combined to grant full summary judgment in favor of KET on Walker’s allegations of employment discrimination and retaliation on the basis of his race. Walker contends that neither the applicable statute of limitations nor the doctrine of election of remedies bars any of his claims, even those arising from events which occurred prior to the five-year statute of limitations period.
