This suit was instituted in the Nineteenth district court of McLennan county by E. A. Muhl and wife against Farm & Home Savings & Loan Association of Missouri, a building and loan association, and others to restrain the sale under deed of trust of their business homestead located at Third and Washington streets in the city of Waco. In October, 1926, the appellees, E. A. Muhl and wife, owned the property in question and used it as their business -homestead.
