Garrett and wife, Flora Garrett, and Crate Dalton, their attorney, to whom they conveyed, subsequent to the transaction here involved, half interest in the property in controversy, sued Jenkins-Cobb Massey Lumber Company, a corporation, M. Katz, and J. R.
