Beatrice Whaley has filed a petition for writ of certiorari in this court seeking to quash a decree of divorce which Dr. E. S. Whaley, who is now deceased, obtained from her in the Lonoke County Chancery Court in July, 1946.
The following facts appear from the record as reflected by the petition and response filed in the case: Petitioner and Dr. E. S. Whaley were married at Hope, Arkansas, in 1907 and lived together until May, 1932, when they separated while residing at Prescott, Arkansas.
