R. B. Corney instituted in the chancery court of Crawford County, Arkansas, an action against his wife, Mary F. Corney, for divorce, and on May 6, 1907, the court entered a decree granting the divorce on the ground of adultery. Said defendant, Mary F. Corney, appeared in said cause iby her attorneys and filed an answer to the complaint, and also an answer to the amended complaint, denying all the allegations of misconduct on her part.
