¶ 1. Defendant appeals a superior court order granting plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and motion to dismiss defendant’s counterclaims. This appeal arises out of a collections action in which plaintiff, Dartmouth College, alleges defendant owes it $17,743 plus interest under three student loans.
