OPINION
TYLER, District Judge.
In this class action, an order was entered on January 26, 1972 pursuant to F.R.Civ.P. 23(e) for the purpose of determining whether the stipulation of compromise and settlement proposed by plaintiff and defendants Liberty Equities Corporation (Liberty), Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company (PMM) and Allen & Co., Inc. (Allen) shall be finally approved as fair, reasonable, and adequate. The hearing on February 25, 1972 followed dissemination of appropriate notice thereof.
