BRADFORD, District Judge.
Harry L. Evans and John H. Evans, members of the bankrupt firm of H. E. fevans & Co., presented their petition to the referee, setting forth that the trustee in bankruptcy held possession of certain personal effects alleged to be wearing apparel belonging to them, and praying, in effect, that the same be delivered to them as exempt from the claims of creditors under the operation of the bankruptcy act. All the facts alleged in the petition are admitted by the trustee. Part of the property of which delivery was sought belonged to the estate of Harry L. Evans, and…
