delivered the opinion of the court:

On February 5, 1964, Ronald Morris (defendant) was indicted for minder. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1963, ch. 38, par. 9 — 1.) After a jury trial, he was found guilty and sentenced to 50 to 100 years in the penitentiary. He appealed to this court. In an opinion filed December 19, 1967, this court reviewed the record and all contentions raised by defendant’s counsel.
