Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dufiicy, J.), rendered June 1, 1984, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

This judgment of conviction emanates from an altercation between the defendant and Donovan Carty, which resulted in the latter’s death.
