2Per curiam

Christopher Iwanicki, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, appeals from the District Court’s order dismissing his complaint. We will affirm.

Iwanicki was incarcerated at the State Correctional Institution in Mercer, Pennsylvania (“SCI-Mercer”) when the events occurred that gave rise to his civil action. While working as a legal aide in the prison law library, Iwanicki used a library computer to write to Deb Alvord, 1 a paralegal in the Office of Chief Counsel for the Department of Corrections, complaining about certain library policies at SCI-Mercer.
