The present suit was instituted upon two policies of insurance issued by defendant company, in certain proportions, upon “the four-story, frame, slate-roofed building occupied as a hotel, o-n Main street,......Cambridge Springs, Pa.,” and the “goods” contained therein. •Plaintiff, owner of the property in question, rented it to *557his son, Joe Bone; the latter had as a business partner, in the possession and management of the hotel, one J.
