Following the filing of a memorandum opinion and order that addressed the merits of this lawsuit and’ of plaintiffs complaint, the court returns to this lawsuit brought by a plaintiff who asserts that, he was disciplined, and then dismissed from medical school in violation of his constitutional rights to procedural and substantive due process.
