Zweibel, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered February 26, 2001, convicting defendant of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts) and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third and fifth degrees, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 6 to 12 years (three terms) and 2 to 4 years, unanimously affirmed.
