Appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson County Court (Kim H. Martusewicz, J.), rendered March 24, 2003. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of arson in the third degree, criminal mischief in the second degree and overdriving, torturing and injuring animals (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
