Plaintiff, The Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Company, a corporation, appeals on questions of law and fact from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Belmont county, entered in an action to quiet title to lands situated in such county, and seeks to enjoin defendant Carman from the use thereof, or interference therewith.
