This appeal is in a case where the county court of Monroe County called in the county warrants for reissu'ance or cancellation pursuant to the terms of a statute which provides ¡that the county court of 'any county may “call in the outstanding warrants of said county in order to redeem, cancel, reissue or classify the same, or for any lawful purpose whatever” and shall make an order fixing (the time for the presentation of said warrants, eltc.
