OPINION
ENSLEN, District Judge.
This case is before the Court on two motions: 1) defendant’s motion for relief from judgment; and 2) plaintiff’s motion for attorney fees, costs, and interest.
I. Defendant’s motion for relief from judgment
On July 18, 1990, this Court entered judgment in favor of plaintiff, Allstate Insurance Company, and against defendant. 750 F.Supp. 827.
