THIS MATTER came for consideration upon Plaintiffs Motion For Leave to File Third Amended Complaint. Defendant filed an Opposition, and Plaintiffs time within which to file a reply has expired.
Plaintiff seeks to amend his complaint to add claims for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Defendant objects to the proposed amendments as prejudicial and futile.
