Plaintiffs-appeilants brought this diversity action against defendant South Bend Lathe, Inc. and its insurer, defendant Travelers Indemnity Insurance Co., alleging a cause of action in strict products liability. The district court granted summary judgment for both defendants and denied plaintiffs’ motion to amend the complaint to add another defendant. Verhein v. South Bend Lathe, Inc., 448 F.Supp. 259 (E.D.Wis.1978). Plaintiffs appeal from the denial of leave to amend and from that part of the summary judgment granted in favor of Travelers. 1 We affirm.
