The appellees were the plaintiffs below, and began this action against appellant to recover for a burial outfit consisting of a casket, robe, slippers, and hose furnished by them to be used at the funeral and interment of appellant’s wife. The total value of *674all the articles furnished, as specified in the bill of particulars filed with the complaint, was $.48.70.
