HOWARD C. BUSCHMAN III, Bankruptcy Judge.
Movants, First Irving Apartments Joint Venture of Las Colinas (“First Irving”), LBI Management Inc. (“LBI”) and University Savings Association (“USA”), seek an order dismissing or transferring this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1408 and Bankruptcy Rule 1014(a)(2) alleging that venue improperly lies in the Southern District of New York.
