Plaintiff Gre-Ter Enterprises ("Gre-Ter"), an Indiana corporation, sued defendants *672Management Recruiters International, a Delaware corporation, and its affiliates1 (together, "Management Recruiters") for breach of a franchise agreement and violations of the Indiana Franchise Act ("Franchise Act"), Ind.
