WARREN, District Judge.

This is an action whereby the petitioners Continental Auto Sales, Inc. [hereinafter “Continental”] and Ruth Holland, through their counsel, seek relief from this Court in connection with certain conduct undertaken in the bankruptcy court for this judicial district by the trustee for the bankrupt Earl E. Holland [hereinafter “the trustee”].
