OPINION
ROBERT L. CARTER, District Judge.
This case, involving allegations of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty under New York law in connection with a loan from defendants to plaintiffs, was filed in New York Supreme Court in September, 199T. After certain preliminary motions and discovery disputes in. the state forum, defendants removed to this court on July 7,1992. Now before the court is plaintiffs motion to remand the case to state court.
