Appellant, Austin Loving, was convicted of three counts of indecency with a child by contact and two counts of indecency with a child by exposure involving two sisters. See Tex. Penal Code § 21.11(a)(1), (a)(2). He was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment for each of the indecency-by-contact counts and ten years’ imprisonment, probated for ten years, on the indecency-by-exposure counts.
