This case arises out of plaintiffs’ appeal of a September 2008 Bureau of Special Education Appeals decision finding the special education services defendant Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District provided to the plaintiff, Joseph Doe, 1 between 2005 and 2008 to be adequate.
