— This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to dismiss the bill of complaint.

Jewel Weldon McCain, joined by her husband and next friend, G. F. McCain, filed her bill of complaint in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, against Harry Hand as Sheriff of Orange County, and Charles J.
