¶1 Earl Vernon, on behalf of his brother Henry David Vernon’s estate, appeals the superior court’s *425order granting summary judgment in favor of Aacres Allvest LLC, Aacres Landing Inc., Aacres WA LLC, and Aalan Holdings Inc.
