This appeal is prosecuted from a judgment of confirmation of the county court of Cook county upon an assessment levied against the property of appellants.

The assessment proceeding was begun under section 59 of the Local Improvement act, there being a deficiency, caused by the fact that the contract price was in excess of the amount of the original estimate. The supplemental assessment is payable in one installment, and the ordinance provides that it shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum.
