Petitioner, John Becraft, was elected supervisor of the town of Ohio, Herkimer county, N. Y., at the general election held November 5, 1935. The inspectors of election of said town made a return of the votes cast as required by law. The county board of canvassers duly canvassed said vote and certified the result of the canvass to the board of elections of Herkimer county and said board has issued to the petitioner a certificate of election.
