MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PRATT, District Judge.
Plaintiff Vikki Lynn Fisher (“Fisher”) brings this action against her former employer, Electronic Data Systems Corporation (“EDS”), and former supervisor Darin K. McDonald (“McDonald”), alleging sexual harassment, gender-based discrimination, and retaliation in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (“Title VII”) and the Iowa Civil Rights Act, Iowa Code § 216.1 et seq (the “ICRA”), and common law claims for assault and battery, wrongful discharge, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
