These appeals are taken from a decree of the court below dismissing exceptions to the adjudication upon the account of the Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company, as trustee under deed of trust of Thomas A. Scott, and awarding distribution of the principal held by the trustee.
On March 15, 1880, Thomas A. Scott, referred to as the settlor, executed a revocable deed of trust to the Fidelity Insurance, Trust and Safe Deposit Company, now the Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company, as the trustee named therein, and delivered to the trustee, to compose the corpus of said…
