Plaintiffs Delores E Birck and Richard Birck appeal from an order of the circuit court of Adams County granting summary judgment in favor of defendant City of Quincy. Plaintiffs sought to recover damages allegedly caused by defendant when Delores tripped on a sidewalk where there was a difference in the levels of two concrete slabs.
