This suit in equity was brought in Philadelphia County and the bill was served in that county on Wil liam K. Myers, one of the defendants. The court granted plaintiff’s petition for extraterritorial service, and on June 10,1941, the hill was served on the defendant, Margaret S. Myers, in Montgomery County, and on the defendant, Penn Steel Castings Company, in Delaware County.
