ALBERT J. HENDERSON, Circuit Judge:
Once again, we are called upon to review an Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) grant of authority to a trucking company. Finding the ICC’s decision to be supported by substantial evidence in the record, we affirm.
The proceedings in this case began when Clark Brothers Transportation, Inc. (Clark), the intervenor on appeal, applied to the ICC for a certificate authorizing transportation of general commodities throughout a twelve-state territory.
