Appellee is engaged in the business of buying and selling hides and furs, the business being operated in its own building situated near the center of the business district in the city of Fort Smith. Appellee has been operating the business at that place for the past ten years.

This is an action in chancery, instituted by the city of Fort Smith against appellee, to restrain the further operation of said business at the place mentioned on the ground, as alleged in the complaint, that the method in which the business is operated constitutes a public nui sanee.
