[¶ 1] This matter comes before us pursuant to M.RApp. P. 24(c) on report from the Superior Court (York County, Fritz-sche, J.). Littlebrook Airpark Condominium Association (“the Association”) brought this action seeking, among other things, a declaratory judgment clarifying the rights of the parties pursuant to a lease of real property.
