The Trust Company (Texas Trust Security Company, appellee) sued Neilon and Cortese and wife (appellants) to enjoin them from obstructing a right-of-way easement over a strip of land 18 feet wide and 196 feet long, which strip adjoins on the north a tract 145 feet wide by 196 feet deep (designated for convenience the S. 145 feet) claimed by the Trust Company, as trustee, and which separates the S. 145 feet from Woodrow Street (San Angelo).
