Plaintiff Frank LaMacchia brings this suit against Defendant Jo Anne Barnhart, in her official capacity as Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, seeking judicial review of an administrative denial of disability benefits, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Plaintiff claims that the ALJ’s finding that he was not disabled between January 1, 1994 and September 29, 2003 was both legally erroneous and unsupported by substantial evidence and, therefore, must be reversed.
