(After stating the foregoing facts.) The defendants set up two defenses. One was, that the deeds from the wife to the husband and from the husband to his creditor were executed for the purpose of paying the husband’s creditor with the wife’s land, and that the plaintiff acquired his deed from the husband’s creditor with notice of the wife’s equity. This issue was submitted to the jury by the court, under instructions to which no exception is taken.
