Richard G. MacDonald (“MacDonald”) brings this action against Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (“Old Republic”) and Old Republic’s agents, now terminated, attorneys Michael Gould, Michael Burke, and the Law Office of Gould and Burke, PLLC (collectively, the “Law Firm”).
